5-7 Day Family Trip Advice Sought

Family of five. Kids @ 13,11,8 yrs. old. Would like 5-7 days on the lakes, 4-6 hours travel time per day. Moderate portages, maybe no more than 250 rods. A day or two at a couple campsites throughout the trip. Fly fishing for Bass and Trout, hiking, star-gazing, waterfalls, loons, perhaps try the rapids.... kids and Dad are swimmers, Mom is not. kids have canoed, but not for days on end...Need good advice for family trip.

A trip through Nina-Moose to LacCroix, down Crooked and out to Mudro would satisfy much of what you're looking for. This year? Permit may be tough to get.
