Afternoon and evening shift working with kitchen team. Responsibilities include prep, presentation, and grill work for two restaurants. We offer a 10 item fine dining menu as well as a 25 item Bistro style menu. Must enjoy working in a team atmosphere, willing to share ideas and take direction from Chef. This position also assists in the following areas: prep for Bistro and fine dining menus, rotation and restocking of coolers, freezer, dry storage on delivery days, occasional dishwashing.
