Appreciate any suggestions for route for approximately a week trip; looking for a wilderness experience away from the crowds.

What time of year? How much experience do you have at wilderness camping/canoeing? Do you want to fish? Do you want to move every day or ?? How many people? What kind of canoe will you be using?
Not to commercialize, but just to let you know I am one of those "outfitter types" :-)
