When and where did you find the swamp laurel? Looks like some Labrador Tea in the background too.

It is one of several species of bog laurel and it appeared in a number of of wet bogs around my house and points further north. It is interspersed with labrador tea, leatherleaf, and a myriad of other bog plants. It's leaves are long and thin and you can barely see them in this shot. There is another type that is bell shaped in my post after this where the leaves are similar and more prominant.
