Good skiing conditions. Average snow depth: 14 inches, average trail base: 5 inches, snowfall in 24 hours: 2 inches.
Good skiing on the Upper Gunflint Trail system. Trails are all groomed, except Magnetic and Amperage remain closed due to ice. Recent sub-zero temps may change that.

Despite milder temperatures, the snow still sticks at Gunflint with even more in the forecast for this weekend. And with nearly 3 feet of ice out on Gunflint Lake, guests are still enjoying lots of skiing and snowshoeing before the melt.
